Dear Adam and all:u

This is a long post and a bit of a rant in response to Adam's putting
alternative medical and psychiatric information which I mentioned in
question. This has been a large part of my life's work and I am angered by
those people who put it down when they really have for one reason or another
not deeply investigated the reality and merely accepted some authorities
disinformation campaign. I by no means think that all claims in alternative
or complimentary medicine and education should be accepted. There are huge
egos there greedily feeding on the disappointments and desperation of those
not helped by the mainstream.

For those who may wade through my tirade, and resonate with it, I would so
deeply appreciate a nod by e-mail. For others, too many perhaps,  I suppose
you will stop here.

I am quite discouraged by the lack of commitment by so many in the healing
professions to really look into the marvelous work of those the Quack Buster
Goon squads of big pharma continue to bury while meanwhile accepting the
lies promulgated over and over through disinformation campaigns heavily
funded by the profit oriented powers that run our medical and educational
institutions and publications.

I begin to think more and more that the real work that may turn things
around is not through a so called rational approach, and is rather through
more of the intuitional and indigenous approach of persons like Martin

We have lost our souls and gone into our minds unguided by our connections
broken apart by some desire to control and gain greater Individual value. We
have abandoned the village to the delight of those who have accumulated
power which is wielded mercilessly  to crush our community connections and
our connections with what is truly healing in the world. As Einstein said,
"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, the rational mind is our faithful
servant. We have created a culture that honors the servant and has forgotten
the gift." Intuition seeds and is seeded in the safety of a supportive
community or village. Alone, it can so easily be disregarded, denied, or
abandoned. Without it, we can only maintain our automaticity and service to
those who build the highways to our desperate and lonely graves leaving them
ultimately to feed on one another. Not with a bang, but a whimper.

First, regarding Orthomolecular psychiatry, I would refer you to the

I actually had a cousin who was the chief pharmacists at Rockland state who
was involved with the *so called* attempt to verify Hoffer and Osmonds Work.
 As everyone expected who knew how closely linked the FDA was with big
Pharma and the threat that Orthomolecular Psychiatry was to the pill
pushers, the Orthomolecular approach was not confirmed as viable in treating
Schizophrenia, and a several psychiatrist panel who looked at the results,
declared there to be no verification that the Orthomolecular method was
effective.  The Pfeiffer Clinic in Illinois continues to use their version
of this work successfully to a modest degree. And there is the work of the
company True Hope www.truehope.com  which has been just that for many
diagnosed with serious mood disorders when followed through. Their product
EmPower Plus has had a few decent small scale trials. It is basically built
on the Orthomolecular approach though it did not come from that at all.

Several years later there was a recanting of the failure reported initially
by the study after Hoffer and Osmond had complained and written several
papers in objection to the way in which the research verification of their
method was conducted without fully using their protocols including the
verification study continuing to maintain patients on various toxic levels
of medications rather than reducing and eliminating them as well as several
other violations of the method as outlined by Hoffer and Osmond.  The panel
of judges subsequently apologized recanting their original statements.
 However that apology as usual was not published seriously. I had it at one
point on a previous computer, and I have lost it.  I met quite a number of
the recovered individuals at the time as I was asked to head up half way
houses ( I did not take the position) as I said to role train the patients
who had been institutionalized. Unless you think that I was delusional and
was scammed by their parents as well as the patients themselves reporting
their history with confirmation from some of the institutions in which they
had been housed for years, I would say that while my observations are the
lowest level of confirmation for such research, never the less, it stands in
my opinion.

Bill W. of Alcoholics Anonymous became very involved with Orthomolecular
approaches as it was clear to him that many Alcoholics were subject to much
of what Hoffer and Osmond had found. He recommended very strongly that those
who would recover and maintain their recovery as well as avoid the high
prospect of schizophenia, they should look into the approach and most
specifically with the use of Niacin and Vitamin C.

The clinics in Haight-Ashbury used the approach to bring trippers down
safely and for all I know, they still do. Some use of this was also done at
Synanon for some time back in the 70s.  I realize that you will want all the
references to this as is only proper. I will see if there is some way that I
can recover some or all of these. These are my direct experiences and
reports from others who I trusted and who were involved in this back in the
70s especially.

Second, If you really believe the most recent publications regarding the
mercury component of most vaccines previously and still in many today as
well as all the adenoviruses in these and other contaminants including
formaldehyde do not have a serious effect on vulnerable populations, well, I
don't know what to say. Please look at the report below showing the
corruption involved in the so called definitive denial of vaccinations
having anything to do with Autism.

Our government agencies are so heavily corrupted by the influence of Big
Pharma in medicine that while they still have value, you must become a
decent researcher yourself of the research to have some idea of the truth.
This is why two of the major editors of journals of medicine like the New
England Journal of Medicine have resigned recently after over 20 years at
their chief editorial posts. The corruption and heavy lies and influence of
the big pharma also in league with the insurance companies and banks have
rendered much of present medical science untrustworthy.

The Government EPA head, former New Jersey Governor Whitman also said that
the air around ground Zero was not toxic and various claims by first
responders for medical help have been denied claiming no causal effect from
the contamination shortly after 9/11.  I have met some of the first
responders who were totally healthy individuals prior to being exposed and
now are a complete mess as well as several who have died horribly. Some of
them received helpful treatment from Jill McGowan, a colleague of mine in
the Buteyko work ( www.buteyko.info watch the videos there and you will be
moved greatly)  as she was actually sent over here from Scotland along with
Paul O'Connell by one of the Fire departments there to help with the first
responders who were encountering so many respiratory symptoms which our
government refused to acknowledged were caused by the after effects of
ground zero.

And the Agent Orange scandal as well as the Gulf War syndrome directly
related to the vaccinations the troops were forced to take. And like the
present scam about the H1N1 vaccinations or the horrible female mutilating
vaccinations about to be fostered on all our young females for supposed
protection against HPV which has already caused disasters in the states

There are so many instances of lies by authorities to escape liability or to
protect the investments of big pharma and others in the medical field.

Lipitor continues to be one of the largest sellers and advertisers in the
field and their drug is dangerous and their falsification of various
approaches like Chelation the tare criminal. Good physicians wanting to be
of help simply do not keep up with this sort of thing. They don't have the
time or the will anymore to step up to the plate and challenge. There are
many approaches that are very helpful.  Now, Chelation protocols are finally
being researched by the NIH due to the enormous numbers of requests and long
term changes seen in the use of this method.

of ignorance promulgated upon the still gullible public and medical
practitioners.

When due to my having abused my body through a very depressing period
several years ago and beginning to smoke again, I began to have angina.  I
was convinced by my family of noted physicians to go into the hospital
despite my worries about this. One medicated Stent was placed. Lipitor was
one of the things that was strongly recommended by 3 of the top heart
physicians attending me as I was a VIP patient due to family ties. Each of
these physicians recommended a significantly different level of the
medication. I then realized that something was terribly off and read
Ravnskov's work and stopped using that toxic medication right away. Also
Plavix recommended by all, was also to be supported by taking aspirin at
least once a day according to all three physicians. This despite the
warnings in the medication's literature itself not to do so. I began to have
significant problems with bleeding and realized it was time to read ujp
about that as well and stopped the aspirin. There are other approaches as
well that are not as invasive that I now am aware of which were not made
available to me at the time.  I am sure despite their use by thousands,
successfully, they are not being made available to the public at large as
the amount of money needed for trials is so huge that only the
pharmaceuticals can afford to do the research.

To say that these procedures are a racket supplementing the hospitals
budgets and the surgeons wallets would be too mild a statement. And,
generally, it is at least "Your Money or your Life." and too often, it is
"Your money and your life."

In my work in Asthma, apnea, COPD etc. I bemoan the fact that I must work
with physicians who have not only not read William Mck Jefferies, MD's work
re the Safe Uses of Cortisol, they haven't even heard of him. The natural
form of cortisone is far more effective if given in appropriate
physiological doses at the right times of day rather than the disaster that
has evolved in using the toxic high so called therapeutic levels of altered
steroids which have been patented. Cortef ( hydrocortisone,) the real thing
is no longer under patent and hasn't been for many years and so Mck
Jefferies work was barely fundible  and still his text book published by one
of the noted medical publishers, Charles Thomas, is still out there even in
its third edition.

If we do not become better informed and insist on higher levels of integrity
in the medical field, we will always be at the beck and call of the profit
motive and the true nature of this service profession will disappear
entirely.

Finally If you want to be serious about reading the history of profound
lying by the government agencies about vacccinations, check out the most
well informed dedicated and quite brilliant researher whose information is
at the bottom of this extended note about the corruption involved in those
bits of research that supposedly put to rest the issue of vaccinations and
Autism.

By the way, prior to the congressional act that no longer held the vaccine
makers responsible for the damage they caused, most of those manufacturers
were pulling out of producing the vaccines as they had lost so many suits
against them mosty through the advocacy of one pediatrician in Evanston who
assisted parents in winning every suit they brought.

Finally, the CDC and it's cousin the, the National Institute of Allergies
and Infectious Diseases led by none other than Anthony Faucci who has been
afraid to debate Dr. Kary Mullis from the time Mullis received his Nobel
Prize for the PCR test in 1992 and declared on Night Line that the field of
AIDS research was one of the most corrupt and unscientific in the history of
medicine. The PCR test is one of the most significant breakthroughs in
medical technology and is now used regularly in so many applications. These
are two of the most corrupt organizations in the government bent on one
thing and that is their survival. If you want to read about their history
and desperate attempts to continue to exist when the original purpose of the
CDC was no longer needed beginning as an organization functioning in WW2
onward to head off  the possible germ warfare of Germany and then Russia to

of the most important whistle blowers of the dissidents in AIDS, Dr. Peter
Duesberg, professor of molecular and cell biology at the University of
California, Berkeley and Nobel nominee for his original work regarding
Oncoviruses.  He was also the first to describe what a retrovirus would look
like; the so called HIV virus is a retrovirus and has never, I repeat, NEVER
been isolated. Even it's so called discoverer, Luc Montagnier admitted this

A Danish scientist who was a key researcher in two studies that purport
to show that mercury used in vaccines and the measles-mumps-rubella
(MMR) vaccine do not cause autism is believed to have used forged
documents to steal $2 million from Aarhus University in Denmark
according to reports in the Copenenhagen Post Online and a statement
from Aarhus University.

Poul Thorsen, MD PhD, headed up a research unit at Aarhus University
that was hired by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to
prepare a series of studies that would exonerate thimerosal, a
mercury-based preservative and adjuvant used in vaccines, and the MMR
vaccine from any role in causing autism. The veracity of the three
studies he co-authored is now in doubt.

These studies formed the foundation for the conclusions of several
Institute of Medicine reports that claimed that it was highly unlikely
that thimerosal or MMR were implicated in autism.

In a statement Aarhus University officials said that believe Poulsen
forged documents supposedly from the CDC to obtain the release of $2
million from the University. Poulsen resigned abruptly in March 2009
and left Denmark. Since then Thorsen has held several jobs in the US,
first at Emory University in Atlanta and then at Drexel University in
Philadelphia. Documents show that as late as January 22, 2009. Thorsen
was employed at Drexel. Any reference to Poulsen has now been deleted
from the Drexel website.

Investigations also revealed that while employed full-time for the
University of Aarhus in Denmark, Poulsen simultaneously held a fulltime
position at Emory University in Atlanta, and drew salaries from both
Universities despite a contract with Aarhus forbidding outside
employment. According to the statement from Aarhus University.

Autism advocacy groups have published extensive analyses on Thorsen's
studies and found many problems in methods, assumptions and conclusions
that are supported by the data. And Thorsen is the lynchpin in the
series of studies used to dismiss concerns about thimerosal and MMR
causing autism.
