Hi Adam
I am enjoying your thoughts on tele.

If you have not already seen the video clips below I think you might
enjoy them. I found them fascinating. They each contain ideas and
observations that seem very relevant to psychodrama.

Mihalyi talks about the sense of timelessness and loss of self and his
research in this area. "Flow" he calls it.

Bolt talks about left brain, right brain, sense of me as a separate
being or me as a part of a much bigger universe.
