Creative Arts Therapist (Part time 35 hrs/wk)
Women Aware Inc.'s PALS Program, New Brunswick, NJ

Women Aware Inc. of Middlesex County, NJ is seeking a part time (35
hrs/wk), Creative Arts Therapist for their PALS Program.  Peace: A
Learned Solution (PALS) is a creative arts therapy program designed to
empower and heal children who have witnessed domestic violence.

Job Description: The Creative Arts Therapist is a direct service
position that is responsible for the provision of creative arts
therapy within the PALS program.  The areas of focus are creative arts
work (both group and individual), intake, evaluations, assessment,
community education, referrals, advocacy, and documentation.

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Creative Arts Therapy  (Art, Movement, Music,
Drama, or Play).
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Experience with children and trauma preferred.
Part Time: (35 hrs/wk) M-Th evenings
Salary Range: According to experience
Responsible to: PALS Program Director
