English Edition of Last Book from Anne Ancelin Schutzenberger -looking for Publisher

I already spoke to Mental health Resources on Anne's behalf and was told that they are doing self publishing which means the author has to pay for the book to be published. I suggested to Anne that she contact the publisher of the last book she had published in English.

  The publisher we are using for "To Dream Again:  Zerka Moreno Memoirs" is Mental Health Resources, Brian Donoghue.
  I understand (although not officially) that they are also potentially doing the ASGPP's new Journal.   Brian is a brilliant man,
