I still don't know what to do though a miracle occurred this morning. Sam
for the first time asked for some meds while fully manic. He really is so
afraid of going into the hospital again feeling that if he does it will
finally be the end of him.  Astounding that he is willing to take the meds.
I keep praying and give thanks for this possible breakthough.  Here is a
sample of Sam just before he split completely apart last week after being
off meds for a week.

in his whimsical musical name Shnabubula. That of course is a reference to
his childhood when I used to sing some funny songs and play around with some
yiddish childrens rhymes using "bubula" a lot.
