 Might this be of any interest to you?  A friend wrote: "I just got my Teaching Tolerance 
Magazine (which is published twice a year in fall and spring by The Southern Poverty Law 
Center in Montgomery, AL for teachers -- anyone who is a teacher can get a FREE 
subscription!)  They have a new program up on their website called Teaching Diverse 
Students Initiative (TDSi for short) which is chock full of assessments, articles, videos, 
lesson plans, all kinds of useful material.  Anyone can create an account and log on to 
use it.  I haven't had the time to really go through it in depth, but anything that comes 
out of this organization is top notch.  They have connected with ALL the Educational 
experts in the field on this."
 To get create an account, all you have to do is go to 
http://www.tolerance.org/>www.tolerance.org  and click on the Teaching Diverse students 
button on the left side of the screen.  It will take you to that section of their website 
and then you can create an account.  You can also view Teaching Tolerance Magazine on 
line.
