Dear colleagues, perhaps because many of our members are modest or my just not being able to keep up, though I try, I missed these very interesting references that I just found at the books service for the American Art Therapy Association conference (where I presented on mandalas)...
Snow, Stephen; Maeng-Cleveland; & Steinfort, Teresa. (2009). The development of the drama therapy role-play interview, (pp. 88-162) in: S. Snow & M. D'amico (Eds.), Assessment in the creative arts therapies. Springfield, IL. Charles C. Thomas.
Glass, Judith. (2006). Working toward aesthetic distance: drama therapy for adult victims of trauma (pp.52-72) in L. Carey (Ed.), Expressive & creative arts methods for trauma survivors. London: Jessica Kingsley.
Morals of this story: 1. Please tell us about new relevant publications if you are publishing any or know of any.
2. These materials are examples of things that might appeal to both psychodramatists and drama therapists, and perhaps other arts therapists and drama-in-education teachers.
Warmly, Adam
