psychodrama bibliography

Hi Rebecca, 
    Yes, the bibliography is basically okay, but unfortunately in the midst of a transition, a transfer from the management by Jim Sacks to becoming managed by Michael Wieser of Austria. There are technical problems that go on and on, but both Michael and Jim say these will be overcome soon. 
    Meanwhile, new books and papers are being published, but Michael says they will be added when the pdbib goes back online.
