Group psychotherapy is the most viable method for initiating, improving and evaluating connections. Adding action techniques is a dramatic way to alter the process of a group. It focuses the consciousness of the members on their interactions, which in turn channels and enhances the energy within a group. Adding action methods to your repertoire of clinical skills can be a natural step. 
When action methods are introduced into a group, other than just verbalization, participants become more present, more aware, and as a consequence, more conscious. Consciousness enhances our interactions by making them intentional. When action is added to the group process it dissolves passivity. Acting on thoughts and feelings gives greater visibility to our inner worlds and greater energy to our words. Action also helps to clarify our thoughts and feeling. This clarity comes as a result of internal and external feedback and can be used to adjust our way of being. Take the opportunity to learn experiential action methods that they can use in their own work. Such action methods as the art of doubling, role reversal, group building, the use of the empty chair, encountering your Higher Power will be taught.

Greek Orthodoxy's most sacred island with the famous monastery of the Madonna of Tinos, honored on the 15th of August each year by pilgrims from all over Greece hoping for a glimpse of the icon or a token of its miraculous powers for curing the ill and the misfortunate. Beautiful uncrowded beaches, valleys rich in vegetation, and small villages considered rare examples of Greek popular architecture, with pigeon towers and white churches with blue domes and stone fences running through the whole island up onto steep rocky cliffs and down to calm blue bays. 


Tinos Greece is full of lovely, picturesque mountainous and fishing villages. Villages built on the slopes of the many mountains are usually surrounded by verdant vegetation and are full of traditional stone houses, amazingly decorated by local craftsmen, built close one to another and surrounded by narrow alleys and arcades. Fishing villages have a traditional Cycladic architecture and have kept their authenticity. 
Tinos Greece is one of the biggest Greek islands of the Cyclades. Tinos is famous, among religious, for its huge Church of Panagia (Virgin) which has a miraculous icon and is attracting thousands of pilgrims from all over the country on the 15th of August, feast day of the Virgin. The island has many picturesque mountainous villages, superb dove cotes which are embellishing it and a tradition in marble carving. 



Tinos is still rough with high brown mountains, deep bays, nice cozy beaches and small villages. The island is covered with old windmills and Venetian dovecotes. There are over a 1,000 churches that look like they are made of candy. The roads on Tinos are good, and a drive over the island is quite an experience. 

Tinos is not discovered yet by mass tourism and is relatively quiet. Only on religious events, like for instance on the 15th of August, the island gets very crowded. On Tinos, you can find small bays and cozy fishermen's villages with quiet beaches. A couple of my favourites are Isternia Bay in the southwest of the island, the village of Panormos in the north, and Kolymbithra, tucked away in a green valley. All these beaches are easy to reach with a rental car, and still it's usually not very busy, because most of the visitors of the island are the Greeks themselves, and they only come to visit the icon in the Panagia Evangelistra Church in Tinos town. 
Greece Food and Wine is famous for its good quality products and the amazing taste of its food and wines. 
Some dishes are the same everywhere in Greece and the Greek Islands, whereas some others are local culinary specialties or same dishes cooked in different manners (in islands, Crete, Thessaloniki, etc).
