Crazy Busy Life psychodrama workshop in Racine, Wis.

Everybody is so busy. Indeed, it seems that life in the 21st century is moving ever faster as we struggle to keep our feet grounded and our lives manageable. The workshop, Crazy Busy Life: Slowing Down, Even When The World Is Speeding Up with Karen Carnabucci, MSS, LCSW, TEP, is designed to help professionals and others to find your own bearings. You will learn:

▪ How to evaluate your "relationship" with busyness.
▪ How to strengthen your ability set priorities, boundaries and other self-caring habits.
▪ How to practice self care, reducing worry and increasing joy.
 
We will use psychodrama, imagination exercises, discussion and other experiential modalities in this workshop. From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at Lake House Health & Learning Center, 932 Lake Ave., Racine, Wis., with CE credits and psychodrama hours for professionals; register by June 4.
