TAMING YOUR INNER CRITIC: BEING YOUR OWN BEST FRIEND
A Psychodrama Workshop & Training
Each of us has an internal critic who narrates, defines and interprets
our every experience. He/She convinces us to relive painful moments
from the past, fills us with fear and doubt about the future, encourages
us to analyze and reanalyze our choices, and prevents us from living
fully in the present moment.
We will create a safe and containing community in which internal critics
can be seen, heard and given names, for there is power in naming. Using
art, guided imagery and psychodrama, we will explore old patterns of
self sabotage and try out new patterns of self-acceptance.
This workshop/training is appropriate for psychotherapists, addiction
and pastoral counselors, health care providers and anyone interested in
learning about increasing self-awareness and living in the now.
