How wonderful that Robert was asked to write this forward to Zerka's
Memoir. It was he who invited Zerka to be the NADT keynote speaker at a national
conference, as he said here. It was there that I reconnected to Zerka after
many years. I felt that she honored drama therapy fully and cut through
the tension between the two organizations. It was then that I decided to
re-enforce the need for harmony and active cooperation between the two
organizations, working together to grow the field.

Thanks Ed for sharing this forward. I so agree with Robert that there are
more similarities than differences between the two disciplines. I also see
that Drama Therapists work in different ways. Some practioners are more
actively into psychodrama than others.

Again, I look forward to a time and a way that we can work together
formally and informally to grow our field. And I continue to look to Zerka as a
beautiful role model and mentor psychologically and spiritually to help us
midwife a rebirth in this regard.

Blessings,
Saphira
