Are you looking for a space to run residential workshops?

Boughton Place has just refinished the floor of the Moreno Stage and the theater. It looks  beautiful. Boughton Place is available for rent..prices are based on the number of people and are very reasonable. The rent is around $10 per person per day with a minimum of $120 a day for the whole building including the theater, breakout rooms and the use of the kitchen. 

There is the theater and a nice size breakout room on the first floor, a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The second floor as two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. there is a third small room off the stage balcony which can be used for sleeping. 

Overnight accommodations (shared rooms and bath) run  $25 a night per person. The rooms have been freshly painted and there are new, comfortable beds. There is room for ten people overnight in 3-4 bedrooms. There are also motels and B and Bs nearby for people who want more privacy.
