Thanks Ann, yes I will give a head's up - and my preference would  
also be to say, "here's an attachment if you want to read it" but  
attachments are not a great idea.  The tie-in to our Method comes  
from my read of the stories of Zerka and JL as activists.  One story  
in a black college in the south.  This is our times now, an age of
