Bill Coleman ran a marvelous workshop at HVPI called "Encounter with the Divine"...it attracted folks who had not previously attended workshops and addressed personal relationship with Spirit. Peter Pitzele ran an open session on Bibliodrama and he began by placing the Bible, a cultural conserve if there ever was one, on the stage and invited the group to individually address the Bible and then to role reverse with it.

  responding to Peter Howie's statements...
"Currently I am seeking ways to present psychodrama along other than the therapeutic lines. I use the terms "Technology of Creativity" and "Techniques of learning" as some of my newer ones. I have also had the experience of protagonists in spiritual roles - such as meditating, being a monk, being god et al - of them having profound experiences in these roles. Myself as well. I am inclined to run but haven't yet a workshop with the name something like "Finding God" and then have protagonists reverse roles with god, gods, demons, angels and all manner of ideas, roles, objects, experiences that they are inclined to in order to experience god.

Hi Peter: I appreciate your expanding Moreno's applications beyond therapy, and spoke about this at the last ASGPP conference. http://www.blatner.com/adam/pdntbk/revisioningpd408.html and those phrases are good, too! Technology of creativity... etc. Let us know which ones work better for which kinds of audiences. Input from others would be nice, too.

As for your having people explore spiritual roles, again let me encourage you! http://www.blatner.com/adam/level2/enacteddialog.html
         and also: http://www.blatner.com/adam/pdntbk/Axiodrama.html

I'll be interested in anecdotes of these efforts, perhaps even a paper to post on your or my website as an extension of the aforementioned papers. How are folks applying this?

      Warmly, Adam
