I wanted to let our colleagues now that the spark for this discussion was initiated by the amazing Lorelei Goldman, who lit the flame. She is really one of the initiators of the effort to address the falling conference and the need to move the conserve we have become forward. I want to acknowledge her here for setting the flame in motion. Again, will the ASGPP find the courage to go outside of itself for a working group to review the conference location and venue and format? The old system is in decline. Can we see it?
