Hi Rebecca,

I have developed my version of Diaectical Behavior therapy: Cognitive PD. I've given a presentation of it at ASGPP in San Fran.
I use that approach in idividual therapy ,where it flows without formal doubles,role reversal ,mirrors,etc. -though all of it may occur spontaneously.Mostly leding the person towards self confrontaton,mindfulness ,cognitition of inside and action insight to follow.
