In the Oxfordshire Complex Needs Service Therapeutic Communities, they
integrate psychodrama with both CBT and dialectical behaviour therapy in
some of the large groups. I have had some experience of both mindfulness and
distress tolerance in these settings. I no longer work there so have copied
this into two of the psychodramatists who work in this area. We are also
developing an integrative training that combines CBT and DBT with
psychodrama and group analytic work.
