There will be one hour presentation by T.T SRINATH Ph.D. 'Kundalini Meditation' i.e. dance meditation, a technique prescribed by Osho. This meditation excites the body yet quietens the mind and involves dance and movement. The meditation allows participants to experience their own spontaneity and drop inhibitions. You will emerge refreshed and alive. This is a non-religious meditation exercise, yet spiritual and attempts to encourage participants to experience their own divinity. 
Milton Erickson believed that people who are traumatized get stuck in one way of thinking about the world, themselves, and their difficulties. It is that “stuckness” that imprisons us, because it knocks us out of connection with our bodies and emotions. We feel as if we have lost the spirit from our lives (p. 35).
