   At the end, we find this: Interesting quote.

AOL personals uses this saying: You can't always choose whom you love, but you can choose 
how to find them. (Start with AOL Personals.)
     Are they talking about friends? Does this relate to alienation, socialization via 
internet, etc.?  Is it even true?
   Anyway, it comments on the state of socialization as a general process within our
