Request for ideas/suggestions for people who assist with setting up new groups et al

Hi there,

I have recently been working with some people who are helping me set
up some groups in their area - which is 45 - 60 minutes from where I
am. Still local-ish. These groups will be professional supervision for
managers and school principals and others. The other is a psychodrama
experiential training type group run as group work, leadership and
coaching for managers and leaders in the same area.

These two people are doing a lot of connecting me into their networks.
They also feel a great reciprocal value in my working with them and
their colleagues, peers and others. I am conscious that when the group
runs later in the year that I owe them - so to speak.

My request is this: What are others norms and ways of repaying,
supporting, thanking people who provide this kind of much need support?

My thoughts without decisions range from: 1) Discount for the program
(how much) 2) Free placement when the group reaches a certain number
3) Discount on other programs or free other programs.

Thoughts? reponses?

Cheers guys

Peter in Brisbane
