Hi Patti, these are interesting programs. If there is anyone in your group / team / students who might function in the role of note-taker / amanauensis / writing up high points of these programs, this in turn could be turned into some papers that would be of use to the community.
What issues come up as you do these sessions? What do the doubles discover? (i.e., what are the hidden attitudes that get brought to the surface in various predicaments?)
What techniques have been found to be more or less useful in warming up or processing various kinds of problems?
These and other questions continue to be alive in my mind as I ponder the state of the field. Issues of consensus, differences of style, and the like have rarely been discussed openly, with the specifics identified.
I've been writing about the history of medicine (papers on my website) and the progress of a field of endeavor continues to impress me with how many different aspects need to be aligned in order to develop the field professionally.
While your announcement is the occasion for this email, really, this email is addressed equally to the whole psychodrama community, encouraging everyone to do likewise.
Good wishes, Warmly, Adam

ETHICS IN ACTION: EXPLORING THE GREY ZONES
Utilizing Psychodrama and Sociodrama
Presenter: Catherine Nugent, M.S., LCPC, CP/PAT
Ethical dilemmas rarely offer easy and clear-cut alternatives. What is ethical behavior? How do we make decisions when the Codes are not always clear? What are the personal values we bring to the process that influence our decisions? In this workshop we use action methods to explore ethical dilemmas and bring these questions alive.
Learning Objectives:
--Identify contextual issues surrounding sensitive ethical concerns such as
self-disclosure, dual relationships, and touch.
--Expand skills to recognize and manage appropriate boundaries.
--Explore personal values that influence ethical behavior.
--Identify common cognitive errors that can affect ethical decision-making.
--Experience the decision-making process in action by using techniques
drawn from the field of psychodrama and sociodrama
