Hello All:
Regarding the attached "playshop" 
for women, I use:
1.   guided 
visualization warm-ups 
2.  art therapy techniques 
for participants to silently express the feelings, objects, etc. received 
in their meditations. 
3.  Psychodramatically 
have them act/speak out what the 
drawings are expressing.  
4. Sharing/closure
 
It's VERY fun and fulfilling for 
all.  If anyone lives near the
Sarasota area and is 
interested....  please call.
