 How true ,Jen,  all relationships start from  periphery to center..from supperficial , tentative to close and intimate.

I was thinking of the time factor: the only thing we have in limited supply and  therefore  need to  budget it, preferably not carelessly ...   so with more choices available -more need for discernment....
However the discussion makes me question my reluctance to actively engage with facebook,and the like.
