The bibliography that James Sacks developed has moved to Austria, and
Michael Wieser has assumed the responsibility of maintaining this
resource.

I have not been in contact with him and do not know the status of the
bibliography - but if it does not get put on the Web asap then we might
have to entertain ideas to keep this valuable work in place.

I made a note on the website that the bibliography has moved.....
