In Sao Paulo, Brasil, the psychodramatists there have created a special type of garden-forest, with rare types of trees, a kind of "preservation forest," and dedicated it to Moreno. It is located near the Joao Dias Bridge, on the Pinheiro River, in the Urban Orchard. Seedlings were planted there on 23 November, 2007, and they celebrated this event on the weekend of 12 September, 2008, as part of a workshop under the title "Sociodrama and Health in the Workplace," organized by Fundacentro and UNESP (Universidade Estudial Paulista.)
