I too had a warm and welcoming experience returning after 8 years the prodigal daughter who has worked in china 6 months a years for those years, wonderful to connect to old friends and to meet many new students interested in psychodrama and the therapeutic spiral model.

I feel hopeful about the open atmosphere I felt at the conference and the new leadership that is taking over. Thanks to john raspberry for his good tenure and good luck to sue mcmunn to come!

I will offer a workshop for philly and look forward to being more active in the community again.

Tele, kate

Hello,
What about those who attended sharing the conference highlights on
grouptalk?
For me there were many highlights:
Wallace and Carol, the management team did an extraordinary job
organizing the conference and providing organizational leadership to
the ASGPP Council. All of the concerns many of us have felt were
addressed by this talented duo of LICSW organizational consultants.

There is a plan in place to look at the possibility of a Psychodrama
University or Academy for 2011, which is what the management team
suggested for the ASGPP for every other year.

The Council members were so present and available throughout the
weekend. Students, about 17 new, came from the Student Rush which
allowed students to come the conference for free. Although there
were 180 people, it was an intimate gathering with much learning.
The spirit was strong and good.

Best,

Ed
