confidentiality agreement

Hi Rebecca.
If you do come across something generic I would be very happy to have a
look at it too. I am running groups within an agency setting providing
therapy for adolescents and adults who sexual offend. I am considering
potentials for groups outside this setting, (including group-supervision
groups) and also  thinking through specific contracting over and above the
basic treatment contracts the clients sign. Formal vs informal, written
and signed vs verbal agreements.
