sociometry and cultural norms

This month on the yahoogroup sociometryquestions I have asked trainers to reflect on this question: 
 
Discuss with your trainees ways sociometric exercises and methodology can be adapted for use in cultures which have norms which affect face to face interaction, eye contact, revealing choices in public and/or in private, etc. Also, include ways you adapt disclosure of sociometric data based on cultures which place great importance on "face" (as in "saving face") .
