Dr. Moreno's real birthday

Bratescu, G. (1975). The date and birthplace of J. L. Moreno. Group Psychotherapy & Psychodrama, 28, 2-4. Page 3, paragraph 4: Thus the exact date of Jacob L. Moreno's birth is the 6th day of May, 1889 (according to the new calendar, the day would be the 18th). Those interested in horoscopes are even furnished the hour of birth: 4 pm.   

From: Zerka T Moreno <tmceline at comcast.net>   September 16, 2008     J.L.'s birth date is a question due to the fact that he was born in a place governed by the Eastern Calendar in Romania,  but he figured it was   May 19th.    As I understand it, that calendar was 5 days ahead of ours which is  curious because he died on May 14th on ours.  
    However, J.L. was not good at remembering dates anyway. He barely remembered my birthday or our wedding date.    You can add this explanation.  Zerka
