Both david kiPper and I write abt that. I always mention that cbt is one of the theories that are integrated into Tsm clinical foundations and that is one of the modifications of tsm is to balance thinking n feeling.
Cbt has been the tx for ptsd for a long time so it helps bridge gap to tsm to intgrate it with van der kolks teachings on experiential tx for ptsd even if he does say reg pda isn't safe enough for ptsd. He however does support tsm containing double.

Subject: Cbt
Hi all.
I'm familiar with CBT from a distance and many of you may know it
better and there have been many crossover journals and journal articles.
My question: given the popularity of cbt and the research around it
would it not be worthwhile to say that psychodrama is a form of cbt to
cadge some of the cbt "popularity" ?
