1) Read the question carefully -
2) Make a brief outline of what you want to cover in your answer on a piece of paper next to your exam
3) Be sure not to go over the time frame for each question (don't get jammed up)
4) Be sure to breath
5) FLY.  This is the time to share yourself, your strangth and your experience
6) Often it helps to give clinical examples to support, amplify your thoughts
