[ANZPA Inform] Passing of a dear friend and member in Brisbane

Dear members, colleagues and friends,

It is with great sadness that I inform you that one of our ANZPA  
members,
Tim Gartside, died early Wednesday morning. Some of you may have met  
him on your travels to Australia or his travels to the US and UK and  
other places.

He had been holding onto life while a very nasty cancer was doing its
job. He and his family had been aware of his predicament and Tim was
doing his best to out-race the grim reaper. In the end he succeeded in
freeing himself from an over-intrusive medical model and found great
comfort from family and friends as his situation deteriorated. Life  
did not abandon him.

He proceeds us in the knowing and experiencing of certain things that  
we,
the living, are yet to endure and embrace. He will be missed; by
family, by friends; by psychonaut colleagues; by business mates; co- 
philosophers
and co-world changers.
