Hi Adam,Rebbecca,and all!There is a lot of positive about standarized manuals. The problem with standarized manuals is that they do not include  a manuall of how to match students and teachers so that their style of teaching  and the students way of learning are a good fit.Some learn by instruction,some by immmersion, some by watching until ready to take  action. Sometimes, a seemingly passive group member ,opens her mouth and there the cummulative  wisdom of the weeks she sat silently pours out verballly ,or in action.anath
