Improv. for Life
Join a three week introductory Improvisation class for therapists and other
non-actors.......Learn to be more spontaneous and in the moment and have fun
doing it! Led by Heidi Landis, RDT, LCAT, and former professional
improvisational actor
$25 per session or $60 for three sessions
Improvisation in day-to-day life means having heightened awareness, tapping
into intuition and opening oneself to the moment. Use improvisation to
explore the creativity and spontaneity inside you. Improv is more than just making
people laugh—it's a way to enhance workplace inspiration, communication, and
collaboration. Discover the spontaneity inside you in a nonjudgmental
environment. Learn how to be in the moment. Come and Play!

Heidi Landis, RDT, LCAT is a drama therapist and actress in NYC. In
addition to working with groups and individual clients in private practice and at
Creative Alternatives of New York, Heidi is the Drama Therapy Liaison to The
Psychodrama and Creative Arts Therapy Institute. Heidi has been a professional
actress for over 15 years. She received her Masters Degrees at Carnegie
Mellon University and the Moscow Arts Theater School. Heidi has taught
improvisation and acting technique classes in NYC and beyond.
