evidence based treatment -- Articles for Group Psychologist

Hello Ed, Anne and others out there in groutalk world.

I was wondering whether you would use the term "sociodynamic effect"  
differently when talking about sub-group relationships or inter-group  
relationships? I am alert to the potential commercial rivalry of our  
association with commercial or established training organisations and  
was wondering whether the term applied. I think the effect is similar  
but I am open to other ideas.
