Subject: Materials: I understand that there is an archive now to which
materials can be donated, but I am not sure how to go about donating
materials . I know St E's no longer has a psychodrama intern program , but I
am unsure about what may have happened to their materials - I was never
there. Perhaps someone can let us know how to go about donating to the
archives. Many thanks, Linda Ciotola

Dear All,
Discussion with Adam Barcroft about the Archives program has stimulated
my thinking about keeping psychodrama materials circulating.

  1. I suspect that there are a wealth of papers in the files of St.
Eliabeths Hospital's Psychodrama Training Program. Is that program still
active at all? Are there any interns? Who then are the faculty?
                  Does anyone scan on materials?

   2. I suspect that many of you know others who are retiring or have
retired: What about trying to get their psychodrama libraries sold to people
in the field.

And other efforts in this general direction. What do you think?

     Warmly, Adam

Dear Adam & Linda,

Regarding the donation of materials to the ASGPP Archive:

There are two ways that material can be submitted to the Archive:

1. Shipping information I will give out to anyone who contacts me at
either of these addresses:
amb1111 at mac.com
amb at MorenoInstituteEast.org

2. I am able to coordinate with donors to make rendezvous pickups near
my location in Amherst, Massachusetts.

If anyone wishes to make a donation,
or knows someone who might want to,
I have an Archive Donor form available,
to help you keep a record of your donation.

Our Mission and Archive policy statement is available online at:
http://asgpp.org/ForumII/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1303

With the case of St. Elizabeth's existing psychodrama resources,
I will have to do some checking and see if there are any materials to
be recovered there.

Does someone know who might be a good contact person or me regarding
the existence of and condition of psychodrama resources at St.
Elizabeth's?

A. Blatner, I appreciate your suggestions, and we will consider many
options for the saving and sharing of all donations. We will be busy
in the next few years recording and organizing the donations. The
scanning of these resources is not to occur for at least a few more
years. Also, the terms of use and/or sale of some Archive items and/
or collections could be negotiated up front with each donor, and
included in the donation contract.

Please fee free to contact me with any questions,

Adam M. Barcroft

This is a long essay written by Marcia Karp before she left Holwell
Institute (East Devon, in England) and moved to London---when, around 2001?
