Dear Colleagues,
I received this in my email and asked the lady if I could refer it on to you, in case anyone is interested. I haven't enough direct clinical experience since my retirement, but I think this kind of thing may be fresh in some of your experience.

My name is Rhonda Wulf, email: gracezfire at hotmail.com and I am a graduate student at Indiana Wesleyan University. I am conducting a research project regarding the prevalence of sexual abuse by spiritual leaders. The damage done to these people is immense, but there is little research done for finding the means to best help these victims. This research project is designed to find out how prevalent this victimization is, and where the victims go for help, i.e., the church, Christian counseling offices, or secular counseling offices. I am asking you to fill out the following survey regarding your experience in counseling. All your answers will be kept in confidence and your name will not be written down in connection with this research. Only myself and the professors involved with the study will see the answers. The survey should take very little of your time, as I am not asking for specific numbers, but only approximations. If you are willing to be in this study, you may access the survey and the consent form at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=wHFXfFDet2riK61Zj1bHlQ_3d_3d -- Thanks, Rhonda

Adam: (As a warm-up for the various kinds of spiritual issues that are encountered in therapy or counseling, you may also find a paper I wrote on my website to be a useful warm-up: http://www.blatner.com/adam/psyntbk/spirissues.htm ) P.s.. If you are interested, please DO NOT answer to me! Do not reply to this email!!! Rather, copy Rhonda's email and reply directly to her, or better, go to the surveymonkey . It seems more research is being done using this internet tool. Warmly, Adam
