I was recently sent the information from the Open Minds project based in the UK, they are looking for new ideas to promote healthy awareness for people with mental health issues. They are open to many different action-method approaches.

OPEN UP PROJECT SUPPORT NOW OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS
Do you have a great idea for challenging mental health discrimination in your area?
Open Up is pleased to announce the launch of Project Support, a new initiative for people with experience of mental distress, as part of our work with the Moving People campaign.
We are looking for people with ideas for innovative projects, that will challenge negative attitudes about mental health where they live. It could be anything from an awareness raising drama, to a media campaign, to a local support group, If it addresses discrimination in a positive way, we want to enable you to put your plans into action.
Our programme of project support provides
a.. One-to one support from our expert team of Regional Co-ordinators
b.. Training to explore discrimination issues and to further develop your ideas
c.. Help with expenses of up to £5000
We will be supporting 2 projects in each of England's eight regions. We welcome applications from groups and individuals from all backgrounds, whether you are already carrying out anti-discrimination work or just starting out.
